    KB Rows (doubles): 5×10, 35# 2x, 45# 2x, 53# 1x
    WOD: subbed C2B, all else Rx’d, 12:52 total time rounds were (1:20, 1:36, 1:32, 1:26, 1:22) DUs got better & better as rounds went on…

    WOD: 18:13 RX weight, singles.

    Tried a few muscle ups each round before going to C2B as not to take too long.

    Rows: 1.5 pood

    WOD: 15:40 Rxd

    Struggled with the 4th MU on several rounds but got it done.

    KB: only got through 3 sets: 25#, 35#, 35# (blue, yellow, yellow)

    WOD: 17:50 with C2B instead of MU

    Was excited to do the weight on the DL and really excited to make progress on my DUs. I got 48 unbroken on my first set!

    Each round took me ~2minutes.
