Snatch Balance: 63# – pretty happy with this. My PR snatch is 67#, but I have trouble getting into a full squat. I appreciated the extra “one-one-thousand” at the bottom this morning.
Row: 2:04, 2:07, 2:11, 2:14, 2:07
Snatch balance: 63#
Row: 2:13.6 fastest, 8.3 sec to slowest (2:21.9 on 3rd round)
Dessert: 10/40 toes to bar before I had to scoot!
Snatch Balance: 93# limiting factor shoulder, still babying it
Row: 1.54.4 (Difference +12.1)
T2B 20
Made this Chili the other night. Added more meat + ground pork and less veggies (nice and thick, just he way I like it)

Oh, my damper was on 10.
Glad to have the site back! I was going through withdrawal
SB: 103 than my snatch PR
ROW: 1:55.9 my first was fastest, but my last row was only .6 of a second slower. overall difference was 4.4 seconds
Dessert: only got 10 T2B before I had to run.
Knowledge: I’m finding http://livestrong.com to be a far more intuitive/easy interface than FitDay. Not sure if it is Chef approved, but that’s where I started recording my data.
I have also used tap and track from my iphone which is much better if you are trying to do it on your phone. For the sake of the competition and easy for Chef I have converted to fitday.com but you may alway want to check it out…:) great work on the snatch Kendra
SB: 103 need to practice pushing myself under the bar quickly as opposed to driving the weight up
Row: 1:47-1:50 setting on 10
Dessert: 15, 10, 5, 5, 5
Snatch: Max at 125.
Row. Fastest 1:44.1. PR by a good 3 or 4 seconds. 10 second difference. Weird thing: 1st 500 was slowest, last 500 was fastest
Dessert: 4 toes 2 bar, 25 v-ups
Don’t have a functional snatch balance, learned on overhead squat: 63#
Row: 1:55, damper on 8
Dessert: 4 on the one shot, did 28 total
Here’s a great local place to get spices and the prices are better than most supermarkets. The really cool thing about this place is that they have open samples so you can smell the spices
http://www.penzeys.com/cgi-bin/penzeys/penzeysstores.html
difference between slowest time was 4 seconds
Did snatch balance in small increments. I was shaky at first, but once I nailed one how I wanted to, I got a lot better. Worked up to 63lbs and was able to settle into the bottom of my squat, which I thought I had been doing, but really I was quite tense at the bottom.
Row fastest 500 was 2:03 slowest 2:13 10 second difference.
All 5 times:
2:03
2:11
2:11
2:09
2:13
Damper was on 7 for all except the second which was 8. I want to work with the damper settings a bit more, I’m not sure I’ve worked it all out yet.
Dessert, threw my knees at my elbows for about 4 sets of 8 reps. Found a little improvement here.
Knowledge: Since we are talking about which apps we use, I use sparkpeople.com. The reason I like it better for healthy food tracking is because it has a sister website sparkrecipes.com which has an easy to use recipe nutrition calculator. Once you have saved the recipe it becomes available in your food tracking page. You can see the nutrition info for all the ingredients, and have the recipe saved for future use.

Snatch balance at 165# had to try that weight the last 3 reps to get it. 15 more pounds till I’m at a bodyweight SB. Or I just have to lose 5-15 #
I’ll post row times in the morning.
I found this article today on http://healthimpactnews.com that discusses sweeteners.
