    • Men’s KettleBell snatches For a total of 1000lbs (KB Weight x Reps)

      • The two-person team will begin standing in a designated area. At the call of “3-2-1 … Go!” the man reaches down and begins his KettleBell snatches, alternating arms each repetition. After moving a total 1000lbs assessed by multiplying the reps x weight of the KB  (including touching the ground on the final repetition), he advances his KB to the next station under control, then sprints to the end of the floor and back to his KB. If when advancing the KB, the athlete drops the weight or does not place it down with control, he or she will be assessed a 1 burpee penalty before completing the sprint.When the man returns and touches his KB, the woman begins her KB snatches, alternating arms each repetition. After moving a total of 700lbs assessed by multiplying the reps x weight of the KB (including touching the ground on the final repetition), she advances her KB to the next station under control, then sprints to the end of the floor and back to her KB.

        When she touches her KB, the man begins his second round of KB snatches. Each time the athletes complete their  snatches, they will advance their KB before beginning the sprint.

        When both athletes have completed three rounds and the woman touches her KB after finishing her third sprint, the workout is finished.

        • Men, to meet 1000 lbs
          •  70lb KB = 14 reps
          • 55lb KB = 18 reps
          • 44lb KB = 22 reps
          • 35lb KB = 28 reps
          • 25.b KB = 40 reps
          • 17lb KB = 58 reps
        • Women to meet 700lbs
          • 70lb KB = 10 reps
          • 55lb KB = 12 reps
          • 44lb KB = 16 reps
          • 35lb KB = 20 reps
          • 25.b KB = 28 reps
          • 17lb KB =  40 reps
