    Practiced HSPU, tried out some kipping; tried a handstand without the wall–pancaked on my back. Live and learn. Next time bridge/roll dummy.

    Handstands: practiced hspu’s to one abmat. Can get 5 unbroken. Tried a couple handstands feet not against the wall. Not there yet

    WOD: 8:01. surprisingly tough after the “Tippett-dome” of yesterday. Glutes, hammies and quads were on fire by round 3

    Prowler worked out just fine after Riggs took all the weight off. Who thinks up this stuff?

    WOD: 12:50 on the prowlers with 25# plates.
    Handstands I actually did about 5 lasting for over 5 seconds against the wall. I couldn’t do a handstand last time I tried so I was pretty pleased.
