The Easiest, Simplest Way to Get Started
Step 1: Join us for a Class!
Just starting out? The very first thing you should do is come in and join us for a free-beginners class!
We have free classes for CrossFit Beginners on Saturday mornings at 10am, head over to our online class schedule and sign up for a class! This is an easy way to come on in, meet the team, get a feel for how we do what we do and find out why so many people have decided this is the health and fitness choice for them!
If you are an experienced CrossFitter and would like to try one of our regularly scheduled Workouts of the Day, email me to set up a time to come and try out a class as my guest!
Step 2: A Little Education Goes a Long Way!
All of our new members must take our Foundations Class within the first thirty days of membership, a single three hour class on a Sunday morning designed to give you an excellent overview of all the movements we do in CrossFit, an explanation of how best to get things done safely and effectively
Step 3: Time to Join!
Once you’ve tried us and are ready to get started, we can help you to enroll at the gym.
