  • Dante’s 10m
    • sprint 1 x 10m the first minute, 2 x 10m the second minute, 3 x 10m the third minute… until you cannot complete the required 10m sprints in 1 minute. Record your best round to comments.
      • then….
    • carry two implements (70/35) 1 x 10m the first minute, 2 x 10m the second minute, 3 x 10m the third minute… until you cannot complete the required 10m carries in 1 minute. Record your best round to comments.
