Clean and Jerk: 3-3-2-2-1-1-1
I was just thinking about Fran…sorry to miss her
Clean & Jerk: 215# (PR +10)
FRAN: 10:05 (i.e. had 4 pull ups remaining)
C&J: 185 (+20) Never caught anything above 165 in a squat. Always power cleaned at higher weights. Tried 195, couldn’t catch in a squat. Too many words here.
Fran: 7:28 (-2:36)
Fran: 3:40 Rxd
C&J: 165 w/ squat jerk or is it push jerk?? shoulder mobility issue always
Fran: 7:14 (-1min) The anticipation going into this killed me.
C&J. 115#, knee was not a fan
WOD: 8:28, knee really doesn’t like thrusters …
